1. Product Quality and Inspection

From the moment your order is sent out, it is considered that you have successfully passed our internal inspection. Please note, however, that Swords Blade is not liable for any damages or defects after the product is handed off to the courier and during shipping or handling.

2. Warranty Coverage

Apart from the damage done during shipping, Swords Blade is here for you should anything go wrong as we stand by the quality of our products. If there is anything that needs attention after handing the item over to the courier, rest assured we’ll be here to support you.

Regardless of the problem, whether the item is damaged or has an error, we will be able to assist you in resolving the matter. Kindly adhere to the directions beneath so we can help with your concerns the best way we can.

Warranty coverage will deal with issues that are ninety percent or greater prior to shipment, but will not cover damages made out of misuse, improper handling, or during shipment.

3. Reporting Damaged Or Defective Items.

Swords Blade endeavors to ensure that you obtain only items in perfect condition which are one hundred percent functional on the rare occasion that you receive damaged or defective items, please follow the steps below for a smoother process.

  • Step 1: Documentation. It is preferred to take photographs of the item in detail along with its packaging.
  • Step 2: Take Note of the Damage. Forward the photographs, order number, and details of the damage that they have noted.
  • Step 3: Contact the Courier Service. Use your tracking number to file a complaint and they will issue you a reference number you can note down.
  • Step 4: Provide the Reference. I would appreciate it if you could relay the reference to me so I can liaise with the courier service to address the matter.

4. Resolution Process

  • Replacement: In the event of the courier’s fault, and once the damage has been confirmed, you will receive a replacement item from us at no additional charge. We will take care of all the conversation with the courier so that the matter is resolved in a timely manner.
  • Refunds: If a replacement is impossible, we will refund you for the product that was damaged or was not satisfactory and the shipping costs, if there are any.

The following terms are not eligible for warranty coverage:

  • Any damages caused as a result of neglect or improper care of the product.
  • Products that have been received and are subjected to any kind of changes.
  • An item with minor scratches that do not impede the performance of the item.
