1. What steps do I need to follow to make an order on Swords Blade?

To place an order simply navigate through our collection and select the items you want to purchase navigating through your shopping cart. To complete the order, go through the checkout process, provide the relevant shipping information, and make your payment.

2. Am I able to change or cancel my order after it has been made?

In case of changes or cancellation of orders, you should reach out to us directly, as we are only able to offer cancellation or modification before the order has been shipped.

3. Which payments methods do you support?

Payments with us can be done using the prominent credit providers like Visa and MasterCard, PayPal, Apple pay, and Google pay. Rest assured that all transactions made are done with reputable companies.

4. Is payment done through the website safe?

Absolutely, you need not worry as your security is top priority for us. We ensure the protection of payment details with SSL encryption, guaranteeing it remains secure.

5. What steps do I need to follow to track my order?

Tracking of your package can be done using the tracking number through the shipping carrier’s website. An email containing tracking information will be sent to you after the order has been shipped.

6. Do you ship to regions outside the country?

Yes, we ship to all locations. The cost of international shipping and the time it takes to deliver internationally is calculated at the checkout based on the customer’s location.

7. How long until my order becomes ready for collection?

Orders within United States typically take around 2-5 business days. International orders can take a longer but this depends on the method of shipping and how long customs takes to process.

8. What are the charges for shipping within the United States?

Most orders have a flat rate of $18.88 to the USA. Remote regions may have additional charges which will be calculated at checkout.

9. Is there anything like free shipping in your store?

Yes, we provide free delivery to addresses within the UK without any further stipulation. For orders from outside the UK, a standard shipping charge of $18.88 applied for U.S. orders with subsequent fees based on geographic region.

10. Do I have the option to return or exchange the purchased items?

Yes, you can return and exchange items with us within 30 days of the date you received your order. As detailed in our Returns & Exchanges Policy, the item must be unused and sealed in original packaging along with specified conditions to qualify.

11. In what ways can I return an item if it is damaged or delivered incorrectly?

If you have received the wrong item or if it has been damaged in any way, reach out to us within the next 7 days after delivery. Send us the pictures of the item and we will help you in arranging a replacement or a refund.

12. Do custom or personalized items qualify for returns?

Such customized or personalized goods as engraved swords or helmets cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

13. Am I entitled to track my return or exchange?

Certainly. Tracking details are available for returned or exchanged items when the package leaves your location. You can track your return from the website of the carrier.

14. Is there a fee placed on me for return shipping?

Generally, the cost for return shipping is incurred by the customer unless the reasons for returning the product are due to our fault (defective or wrong item). In this case, we will take care of the shipping costs.

15. What is the period for processing returns or refunds?

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the item back. The refund will be processed to the credit card that was used for the original payment.

16. What should I do if my package does not arrive or it arrives damaged?

Contact us right away if your package is missing or damaged. We will file a claim with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund.

17. Do you have countries that you are unable to ship to?

We do ship worldwide, however, some countries may have restrictions that are due to customs and shipping policies. In the even that we cannot ship to the location you provided, we’ll notify you before we start processing your order.

19. How do I register for an account?

If you would like to register for an account, all you need to do is go to our website and click on the “Sign Up” button, fill in the required fields and you can make your first purchase.

20. What do I do in case I lose my password?

In case you no longer remember your password, please click on the “Forgot Password” option available on the login screen. A password reset link will be sent to the registered email address.

21. Is it possible to change my shipping address after I placed the order?

For address changes, please get in touch with us immediately. The order address can only be modified before dispatch.

22. Do you have gift cards?

23. Can I modify items in the cart after the cart was placed?

Orders that have already been placed cannot be modified. To add items, please place a new order. If you want to override the first order, please reach out to us directly.

24. What are the materials used in your products?

We make our products from quality materials such as Damascus steel, stainless steel, leather, and wood. Every piece is made to be useful and visually appealing.

25. Is there a safety concern in using your products?

Yes, our products are safe to use. Some items are made to be collected while others are used functionally as props for reenactments or cosplay. All users must use items with care.

26. Wholesale or bulk ordering options?

27. Custom-made requests?

Yes. Aside from personalized swords, we also have knives and shields. Reach out to us with your specifications, and we will partner with you to bring it to life.

29. Are the items you sell children friendly?

An overwhelming majority of our products were designed for adults and collectors. Some items, like knives and swords, may fall under this category and be deemed unsafe for children. All items must be treated with care regardless of age.

30. Gifts customisation and shipment requirements, can I purchase an item and send it to another location?

Absolutely. You may place an order for an item to be sent to a different address, in the checkout you are able to specify the shipping address and leave a note if desired.
