Yes, we provide free delivery to addresses within the UK without any further stipulation. For orders from outside the UK, a standard shipping charge of $18.88 applied for U.S. orders with subsequent fees based on geographic region.
Yes, you can return and exchange items with us within 30 days of the date you received your order. As detailed in our Returns & Exchanges Policy, the item must be unused and sealed in original packaging along with specified conditions to qualify.
If you have received the wrong item or if it has been damaged in any way, reach out to us within the next 7 days after delivery. Send us the pictures of the item and we will help you in arranging a replacement or a refund.
Such customized or personalized goods as engraved swords or helmets cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Certainly. Tracking details are available for returned or exchanged items when the package leaves your location. You can track your return from the website of the carrier.
Generally, the cost for return shipping is incurred by the customer unless the reasons for returning the product are due to our fault (defective or wrong item). In this case, we will take care of the shipping costs.

Orders that have already been placed cannot be modified. To add items, please place a new order. If you want to override the first order, please reach out to us directly.

Absolutely. You may place an order for an item to be sent to a different address, in the checkout you are able to specify the shipping address and leave a note if desired.
