Swords Blade values the experience of our customers, hence, we always strive to give you the best shipping experience possible. 1. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Processing Time: Orders can be placed from Monday and Saturday. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Confirmation email: Confirmation emails will be sent once the order is placed through shipping. The confirmation details will contain tracking details which can be used to track the order.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery time within the United State is 3 to 5 business days after your order has been dispatched.
  • International Delivery: For orders done overseas, delivery oftentimes takes between 5-7 business days depending on your location as well as the method of shipping selected. Times may also differ owing to customs clearance and the local delivery culture.
  • Remote Areas: For some hard to access areas, an additional fee charge is approximately $25. Most of these are outside of the urban centers, and we will notify you of extra fees incurred during checkout.

3. Methods Of Shipping And Carriers

We partner with some of the most reliable global carriers in the world for the safe and best handling of your orders placed with us. Our primary shipping partners include:

These carriers provide services at a premium to make sure your orders are not only delivered quickly, but also safely. Depending on where you are located, we will always give you the best service at reasonable rates.

4. Trackable Delivery System

All orders are shipped with trackable delivery services. Dispatching of an order will notify you via email along with a link that enables tracking of your package in real time until it arrives at your doorstep.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Free Postage Within the USA: We ship anywhere within the United State and there are absolutely no charges applicable. No secret costs—it’s simple: Free!
  • International Orders: For orders outside the USA, the shipping fee will be a variable. Note that some remote areas may have additional charges, which will be shown at checkout.
  • Remote Area Surcharge: A charge of $25 will apply to delivery locations beyond major city centers. This charge will be applied at checkout if relevant.

6. International Shipping

Our company is joyous to announce that we ship internationally to almost all countries. Please note that international orders may have some extra fees, such as customs duties, import taxes, and any other charges that your country’s customs policies may require. Those fees will have to be paid by the customer and are not covered in the shipping costs.

Note that the delivery estimates for international orders may depend on the destination, customs, and carrier performance.

7. Packages that could not be delivered

Packages returned to us because of incorrect addresses, refusal of packages at delivery endpoints, or other reasons are considered undeliverable. Such cases will be relayed to you right away so that we can plan re-delivery. It is important to note, however, that extra shipping fees may be applicable for sending it to the right address.

8. Packages that have gone missing or are damaged

Swords Blade aims for better practice of packing orders so they do not get lost or damaged during the shipping process. However, if tragedy does strike, help is available. For all lost or damaged packages please contact the customer service team through support@swordsblade.us. You may also go through:

  • A motion with the carrier to fix the problem
  • Issuing a replacement/refund if that is what is required.

It is advisable to check all items delivered at the first opportunity and provide any problems noted within 7 days upon receipt of goods.

9. Limits for shipment

Certain customs practices and shipping laws may lead to other restrictions regardless of the fact we ship globally. If we cannot ship to particular locations, that information will go through the order prior to being processed.
